About Us

Remember the Poorest Community (RPC) is an indigenous NGO established 1999 with the visionary young men and women under the umbrella of Evangelical Churches Fellowship of Nazareth, Ethiopia. The vision was born for holistic service of street children in the town.

RPC is a legally registered and licensed organization in accordance with the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Agency for Civil Society Organizations proclamation No. 1113/2019.

RPC envisions seeing every destitute child; women and community achieve life in all its fullness. The mission of RPC is to be a promoter for the poorest community to release them from their Economic, Social, Psychological and Moral poverty.

For the past two decades, RPC has been serving with key thematic areas of Women Empowerment; Education; Health and Nutrition; OVCs Care and Support; Street Children Rehabilitation; and Emergency Response Programs. Through these programs RPC has served, rescued and empowered thousands of disadvantaged women, children and community members in a holistic manner.
